Our annual BBQ at Papercourt is on Tuesday 5th July starting at 7:30.
The cost is £7.50 per person, payment will be collected on the night. All food is provided and special dietary requirements can be catered for. If you want to eat, it is essential that you book in advance before Friday 1st July so we know how much food to buy.

sue@robur.co.uk or register on the website and include details of how many people in your party will be eating. Sue will acknowledge all bookings so if you don't hear from her within a few days, please contact her again.
Further details are being emailed to all members, or Sue can answer any questions.
Naturally, all members are welcome on the night, even if you don't want to eat.
As in previous years, if you register or email that you are eating and then cancel after Friday 1st July or don't turn up on the night, then we regret that you will have to pay the full cost.
