    GCCC Annual General Meeting 2025

    • Reports on the Club's activities over FY 2024
    • Voting on any revisions to the Constitution
    • The Election of Flag Officers and Committee Members
A must go-to evening for all Members to hear the annual update, find out more about the Club, ask any questions of the Committee, Vote, and have the opportunity to put forward ideas that will help shape the year ahead. Last year's AGM made a real difference at to how we have shaped 2024.  The Meeting will start at 20:30.

    All are welcome!

Copies of all the documents are available on the website -
please print off any copies that you require.

Anyone interested in standing to join the Committee should contact the Commodore and/or the Club Secretary in advance. The number of meetings is not too onerous, and you will have your voice heard, influence our policies and activities, and be able to make a genuine contribution to the club. It is a satisfying experience, and after all, without a Committee, there is no Club!! Please think about it!!

    ·     The AGM will be live in the Papercourt clubhouse. We encourage Members to attend the clubhouse and catch up with friends there.

    ·      For non-attendees, by reasons of distance, or health, this evening's presentation will also be broadcast on Zoom over the internet.

    ·      The Zoom link will be sent by separate email to Club Members nearer the time.

New Members evening & Launch of 2025 Summer Rally Programme

One of the highlights of the Social Calendar. Everybody is welcome.

The evening is focussed on two elements. Firstly for all New (and recent) Members being able to meet officers and members of the club. Introductions will be made all round, and new friendships start to be formed.

The second element is the presentation for the evening, which will be the Launch of the 2025 Summer Rally Programme. This will provide all the detail you need regarding the dates, destination harbours and ports, and the activities and venues once there.

In general, this is a very sociable evening with a chance to meet your Committee, chat about topics of interest, and discuss with others your plans for the fast approaching 2025 season.

Prospective Members - this is a great opportunity for you to come along, meet the Committee and Club Flag Officers, enjoy a drink, chat with existing Members, and find out what we are like, and what we are about! A warm welcome awaits ..........
