Afternoon arrival
(High water Portsmouth 14:23 hrs)
Time to hoist those rarely used (if ever) signal flags!
18:00 hrs – Pontoon party – ALL welcome
~ Judging of best boat ‘dressed overall’ competition ~
19:00 hrs – make our way to the RLYC
Time to purchase dinner drinks
19:45 hrs – Dinner will be served
Dinner pre-orders will be required together with pre-payment
no later than Sunday, 13th August
Your choice of either a:
2-course dinner menu - £31.00 per person, or
3-course dinner menu - £36.00 per person

Owing to the number of people attending, the RLYC is unable to offer a payment facility on the evening and pre-payment for the required number of meals should be made into the club bank account quoting your name as reference.
We are required to provide RLYC with the final numbers for catering
no later than Tuesday, 15th August.

To attend the rally by boat, register as normal via the website
If attending the pontoon party and dinner only, please e-mail: commodore@guildfordsailing.org
and state your name, the number of places required and your menu choices
