Golden Jubilee Summer BBQ at Papercourt

Join us on Tuesday, 4th July and help celebrate this special year!

Welcome summer fruit punch, traditional summer barbecue with a selection of meats (vegetarian/vegan option), desserts, musical entertainment and a few games thrown in!

• Bar opens:  19:30 hrs... reminder:  payment for drinks is by card ONLY (no cash).
• Barbecue open from 20:00 hrs.
• Cost per person: £20.00 ... please pre-pay into the club bank account quoting your name as reference.  There will be no cash payments on the evening.
  
• Cost includes welcome fruit punch, meats, salads and dessert.  There will be a vegetarian/vegan option. 
  
• Please bring your own plates, bowls and cutlery.

Booking/registration is via the website.  For couples, just one member need register and give the 'number of meals' as 2 and also add both names.  Any special dietary requirements must be clearly noted during the registration process.

Pre-payment of £20.00 per person, which can be £40.00 total for a couple, must be made to the club bank account quoting your name as reference.  Bank details can be found here

If you intend eating, it is essential that you book in advance no later than Friday, 30th June so we can determine the quantity of food to purchase.  No bookings after this date.

Note:  As in previous years, if you book to eat but cancel on or after Friday, 30th June or don't turn up on the night, we regret that no refunds are possible.
