Annual Summer BBQ at Papercourt

Join fellow GCCC members on the lawn overlooking Papercourt Lake

for a delicious BBQ

• Bar opens: 19:30 hrs ... Reminder:  payment for drinks is by card ONLY (no cash).
• Barbecue available from 20:00 hrs.
• Cost £15.00 per person.
  
• Cost includes BBQ meats, salads and dessert.  There will be a vegetarian(fish) option. 
  
• Please bring your own plates, bowls and cutlery.

Booking/Registration is via the website.  For couples, just one member need register and give the 'number of meals' as 2 and also add both names.  Any dietary requirements must be clearly noted during the registration process.

Pre-payment of £15.00 PER PERSON / £30.00 TOTAL FOR A COUPLE.  Please pre-pay into the Club bank account quoting your name as reference.   Bank details can be found here 

Sorry, but we cannot accept cash payments on the evening.

If you intend eating, it is essential that you book in advance no later than Wednesday, 3rd July so we can determine the quantity of food to purchase.

Note:  As in previous years, if you book to eat but cancel on or after 3rd July or don't turn up on the night, we regret that no refunds are possible.
